Palm Beach Farms is a neighborhood in East Boca Raton. It’s basically in the southeast corner of Palm Beach County. It’s location is ideal for people who want to be close to the canals for boating and to the beaches. Residents who live on Southwest 21st and Southwest 22nd Streets actually back up to the Hillsboro Canal; on the other side of which is Broward County.
Homes within Palm Beach Farms vary in terms of size and price, but the neighborhood overall has a quiet elegance to it that is highly desirous. There are typically homes for sale under $350,000 while other on the market often exceed $1,000,000.
Tucked away within Palm Beach Farms is the community of Camino Lakes. It contains approximately 140 homes, some of which sit directly on the lake, while others back up to canals that lead directly to the Hillsboro Inlet. This provides wonderful access to the ocean, while those homes situated on the lake enjoy wonderful scenery overlooking over the 6 acre freshwater lake.
