Patch Reef Park

Situated in central Boca Raton along Yamato Road between Military Trail and St. Andrews Boulevard, Patch Reef Park offers endless fitness and cultural activities for the entire family.

The park consists of 55 acres of recreation facilities including a community center, softball and baseball fields, soccer/football fields, basketball courts, fitness trail, children’s playgrounds, picnic pavilions, and tennis center.

Open 7 days a week, it is located within walking/biking distance from several large communities including The Preserve, Le Jardins, Broken Sound, Timbercreek, Mill Pond, New Floresta, and the new Moderne Boca. It is the perfect way to expand one’s backyard to enjoy hours of fun just around the corner.

Community Center
Patch Reef Park Community Center offers classes for all ages. Whether you want to take a dance or art class, learn how to play piano, enjoy a game of cards, or many other activities, you will find something that interests you here. Check out the Recreator for the latest class schedule. Additionally, the community center exhibits works of art throughout the year for residents to enjoy.

Athletics
The athletic facilities include three soccer/lacrosse fields, three baseball fields, and three outdoor basketball courts.

Tennis Center
The tennis center offers a wide range of programs for all levels, including children ages 3-17. Activities include lessons, teams, camps, court and ball machine rentals, and a free blackboard wall to practice.

Fitness Trail
Whether you prefer walking, running, or biking, you can enjoy a relaxing workout winding throughout Patch Reef Park’s natural environment. Plus, a unique feature of the park are the outdoor fitness stations that give a complete workout. You can even use your phone to download free training videos for each piece of equipment.

Playground
Patch Reef is known throughout town for its fabulous playgrounds, made up of a pirate-themed playground, small water park, interactive technology playground, swings, and tot lot.

Picnic Pavilions
The park has 8 picnic pavilions with barbecue grills available for rent. These are wonderful places to throw a birthday party or celebrate a seasonal holiday outdoors with friends and family.

Special Events
The park hosts several enjoyable events throughout the year including children’s fairs, previously owned treasure sales, a Halloween costume party, and local day trips.
